Fulfillment of Services

All services provided by Digital Brand Creative Company are delivered upon immediate purchase. Our aim is to ensure complete customer satisfaction through efficient and timely service delivery. Clients will receive the services they purchased in a timely manner, as outlined in the specific project agreements.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. Therefore, we offer a cancellation period and a refund policy under the following conditions:

Cancellation Within 24 Hours: Clients may cancel their service within 24 hours of purchase. In such cases, a full refund of the deposit will be provided.

Refundable Deposits: Deposits are refundable if the cancellation is made within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours and once project onboarding has begun, deposits are non-refundable.

Pro-Rated Refunds for Uncompleted Work: If the client decides to cancel after the project has started but before completion, a pro-rated refund will be provided for the portion of the work that has not been completed. The client will be billed for the work completed up to the date of cancellation.

Completion and Responsibility: Once the work is completed, the client is responsible for the remaining balance. If the remaining balance is not paid, the project is considered forfeit, and the client will lose all rights to the completed work.

Non-Refundable Deposits After 24 Hours: After 24 hours from the time of purchase and once the project onboarding has begun, deposits are non-refundable.Rescheduled Calls: Coaching or service call sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' prior notice. Failure to provide proper notice or to attend rescheduled meetings may result in losing the opportunity to participate in that session. A summarized content will be provided instead.

Termination for Unprofessionalism: We are committed to providing all clients with a positive experience. We reserve the right to terminate this agreement without a refund if the client becomes disruptive, difficult to work with, or fails to follow program/service guidelines.
